No matter how big or small the job is, or what form it takes (online, on paper, on a water bottle…) we always send clients at least one draft and ask for feedback. Of course, we aim to get things right first time and, if you’ll pardon the boast, most of the time we succeed! But we never assume, and we always get your approval before we go ahead and publish.

Depending on the type of project, the draft might be a Word document containing text but no graphics or page design, a storyboard in PowerPoint, an interactive storyboard with text and a rough structure but no graphics or images, or a pdf containing a series of rough sketches.

We’re always happy to discuss the best way to send us your feedback. For example, if you’re used to working with Word, you might want to add your feedback as comment ‘bubbles’ or to use the ‘track changes’ option to make changes to the text. Or you might add comments in the Notes panel of a PowerPoint draft, or type in your comments directly on to a pdf. Or, if you only have one or two changes, send us an email or give us a call.

There’s just one thing we ask of you – if more than one person will be reviewing the draft, please collate everyone’s comments before sending them to us in one document. You’d be amazed how many sets of comments we receive where different members of the same team contradict one another!
